It looks like something from the game Oblivion, in fact I thought it was when I first spotted the thumbnail, The lighting looks almost real, its close.

Never played Oblivion me, so I will take your word for it :)  But yes, I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

Spent many an hour at Oblivion. Yes you're right, it has that feel to it.
