Hmm...
That wouldn't do.
It may psychologically damage ones that are still learning.

Rather...

"Try to get up, I know you aren't lazy!" - To not forcefully force the word "lazy" to an innocent victim, and motivates them that they aren't lazy at all!

"Try to fight, there's no wrong to trying!"
- To not forcefully assert one to fight, but try if one wishes to, and motivates trying is not wrong.

A good day's work may give you surprising delight!" - To not forcefully persuade one to work, but a motivational quote to enlighten one's day and inspiration through clever words.
