Yes, It's a "hologram" of Microsoft's Cortana! Although it is not a Microsoft product, take a look at what this creative guy came up with.

Bah, he beat me to it. I had some old monitors here that I was going to use to build one of those holographic displays - I first saw the idea on a device made from a CD cover for smart phones. Very cool, I was just going to upscale it to the monitor.

Great to see how it would have looked though  8)
