6.2 and Haptek

  I've got Hal 6.2 and the expansion pack 6.2 in XP.  Hal and Haptek work fine.  I tried Body_Female and it worked but the next time I started it Hal appeared, the option, character window did not show  Body_Female.  Remaove Sandy to Notused folder and renamed Body_female Sandy and the original Sandy showed in the Hal window.  Also I don't see any uncompressed files in the Hal temp folder as before.
  Like a bad dream,  not sure what to try next.
