Best NLP resource out there
« on: May 19, 2009, 11:52:59 am »
In case you are like me and you consider NLP like a hobby, this resource is the best you can find out there.

http://www.proxem.com

It allows you to experiment and use most of the existing parsers (tagging, syntactics, and semantics) from a single .NET interface. Their manual is also amazing. I finally understand what NLP is all about. Something that not even books could teach me.By using this resource it should also be easy to enhance any of the existing chatbots. No more plain old AIML.... I wish i had the time to start a project that would combine AIMl with this resource... I believe that the results would be comparable with many of the advanced bots out there.

I just had a quick look at this and agree it's a damn good resource.  So much to choose from - which I had more time in my life !

I added this link to the WIKI.

"now i get what i'm looking for my learning because this NLP had never taught at my university.....thanks to @wgb14...but can you specific which tools compatible with windows"

just to clarify :

       by....
"now i get what i'm looking for my learning"
   do you mean....
"now i get what i'm   learning"

why the  "looking for my"   between  "i'm" and "learning" ?

(btw- 'NLP had never taught ' should be 'NLP WAS never taught ')
