I'm sorry, but that's a load of crap. Lisp can't do anything you can't do in any 'good' low level language, remember, every single programming language has to go through assembler, that is the common factor which determines the limits of what you can do.

Perhaps what you might have wanted to say is: I find lisp the best/easiest language for doing AI.
