Even if it the accuracy is still a bit wonky, I think soft robotics like this are a very good area to research to get cheaper robots, be it with air or fluids or memory fabric.
Personal project: NLP -> learning -> knowledge -> logical inference -> A.I.

Gee, it worked fine for Big Hero 6. I just wouldn't want him performing surgery instead of say a DaVenci robot.  O0

It would be perfect for a non-threatening robot. He would have to smother you to in your sleep...  :P
