After maybe 2001 its probably the most well known film around...maybe not perhaps AI in iteself (its never mentioned) but without some form of Ai programing he would not operate.

Also the second film see's him develop Arnie's unique human face.  You know at this stage Arnies portrayal of an AI in human form is probably spot on.

I know one... The "EMH" (Emergency Medical Hologram) on Star Trek: Voyager! They eventually gave him a booster thing to wear so he could go outside his environment and in other areas of the ship, and even on planets. But he's an AI computer. Originally designed to take over in case the regular Chief Medical Officer was unable to work or died. Well, when the Voyager got thrown out of their space/time or whatever, their CMO had died and there was no way to bring in a replacement, so the EMH had to do what he was not designed to do: be the regular (and only) doctor on board!

Thinking about it, that was a pretty cool idea they had.

hmmm good one, I used to watch Voyager a lot, the Doc was one of my favourite characters,  they gave him a nice quirkyness.  Also did you see the episode where SevenOfNine was having flash backs to when she was completely human?  Good episode.

I haven't seen Voyager in ages, so I can't remember, but I might have seen the flashback one. Not sure. I agree, it is a cool show.

Yeah, SevenOfNine was running around the ship being all girly and nothing like her usual self, she was smiling and skipping through the corridors, all quite amusing.
