Not a AAA movie, but it gets the job done, and the robots are really cool. Also, the movie says something. You can watch it.

I saw this a while back. It is thought provoking and had a high impact but it's not for the squeamish. Don't get too attached to any of the characters.

Yeah, the movie hits those touching points that have come up with weaponized drones and the PTSD issues of the pilots of those drones.  The warbots are definitely inspired by the Boston Dynamic bots, that's for sure.

We all know that ultimately perfecting robotics would replace soldiers, so we need not sacrifice our own lives to protect ourselves. Anybody remember Robert Sheckley's "The Battle"?
