Title: Some fiction books w/ AI
Post by: djchapm on February 19, 2016, 08:55:17 pm
Hey - just thought I'd share - really enjoyed these books/series.  I listen to audible audio books because their cheap with a subscription - the narration is outstanding, and it is great for when you're on a drive, working out, biking, etc.  I've heard the books are great too - but I have way more time to listen than I do to read.  I go through a ton of books this way.

Daemon by Daniel Suarez:
Programmer genius creates real-world version of his game to screw with the world.  Lot of augmented reality but AI driven.

Black Fleet Trilogy by Joshua Dalzelle:
Aliens want to kill us but one changes sides and helps us prepare, giving us advanced tech.  The AI discussions in the second book are fun.
