A new journal called 'Quantum Machine Intelligence' started this year. Here is an article from the first issue that introduces the journal:

One person on LinkedIn posted links to all articles in the first two issues of that journal. I can reproduce those links here if anybody is interested enough. The other articles are technical, unlike the intro article linked above.
