Hi guys. I've just heard that Artec 3d company had announced a new 3d scanner with AI.
According to what they write about it, the scanner is really... interesting thing. I have some experience with 3d scanning, and if all what is written about Leo is true, I do want to try it in action.

I see no mention of AI anywhere. Can you tell us where the AI comes in please ?

Agreed. Impressive scanner but saw no mention of AI in the description or in the technical breakdown.

Maybe it does some internal "intelligence" in compositing and connecting or "stitching" the data together.

Well, here https://www.artec3d.com/news/artec-leo-released they says that scanner uses AI to automatically process raw 3D data into 3D models...
