Approximately 50 percent of the people involved in a recent study said they could not confirm between a human and an almost-human robot, which one was the robot.

They had 5 seconds to decide... Also the robots were Geminoids, which is a rather cosmetic brand of robots, not even the best in terms of skin and facial animation, no ability to walk, and entirely remote controlled and voiced by a human behind the curtains.
This is a bit like making scientific headlines of Madame Tussaud's.
CO2 retains heat. More CO2 in the air = hotter climate.
