A novel computer-aided detection system has been developed for acute stroke using computer intelligence technology. The detection accuracy is 90 percent, which is as high as that conducted by specialists, but at a much reduced time from 10-15 minutes to three minutes. The new system serves as a second opinion for frontline medical doctors, enabling timely and appropriate treatment for stroke patients.(https://aidreams.co.uk/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Ffeeds.feedburner.com%2F%7Er%2Fsciencedaily%2Fcomputers_math%2Fartificial_intelligence%2F%7E4%2FFoygbOwRwNw&hash=0aae4576548ee3157ffca5796f9104063a2c24cd)
