FBI warns driverless cars could be used for criminal multitasking
16 July 2014, 12:00 am

Behind the numerous benefits of self-driving cars, being touted by Google and other manufacturers, an imminent danger is lurking. The technology could see criminals using the cars in high-speed chases, for example, or to shoot out of the window while the car drives itself. Daily Mail - Sciencetech (UK)Link.

Throughout history, every good intention, invention or idea, has the potential to be turned around and used in a bad, immoral, criminal or subversive manner to threaten or harm other well meaning individuals.

Anything can be circumvented or used / misused if one is so inclined toward malice.
In the world of AI, it's the thought that counts!

This is actually a marvelous idea. Thanks FBI, I'll be sure to have a decoy getaway car next time I rob a bank.
At the same time I should note that it's pretty apparent from Mythbusters that remote controlled cars are just as possible, perhaps only less readily available for the average crook.
CO2 retains heat. More CO2 in the air = hotter climate.
