Actually, a version of those is really easy to produce. It has to have 24V rechargeable battery, and it goes straight in your brain, poking its two metal legs under your gray cells. After that, it produces a strong electroshock directly into your brain whenever you move your mouse out of concessionar's site rectangle. Then, after using the site for a while, if you are late to pay your bills, the voltage slightly raises as the time passes.
