I think that we should say good bye to money when autonomous AI would be created. Something radically should be changed in our community because all goods should be free if they would be created by autonomous machine that works, works, works, then runs to a waterfall, fills up its batteries and returns back to work, work, work.

But I suspect it will not be that easy. Probably we will experience a crisis between people that couldn't afford robots to work for them. Then a revolution would come, the poor against the richest ones and after victory of poorest ones, an era of well-being would raise up.

And there is another scenario which I hate. In that scenario richest ones will let the poor ones be just enough rich not to raise a revolution against them. God help us if that situation would be guided through centuries. Somehow the situation of today reminds me of that scenario, but I don't want to sound too odd.

Interesting. Everything becoming free - I think that may not happen. I wrote an article a while back about similar events with technology in the past :

We don't really see people destroying computers though, so something must have changed. I guess it's because a computer still needs to be programmed. Perhaps something similar will happen when computers program themselves.

That is quite interesting but money is the grease that enables the wheel to turn, no matter what the vision.

Still it is a great conceptual idea.
