Excuse me but the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America were to provide for HUMAN BEINGS, not Robots, Androids, Mechs, Chatbots or other A.I. entities. Therefore pleading the 5th Amendment, (The right to remain silent lest you be held accountable [ self incrimination] for what you say).

Therefore, it will obviously fall upon the joint teams of scientists and attorneys to arrive at a suitable / applicable Bill of Rights for these A.I. beings (with respect to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, if such a time / day arrives).

Gives me an idea....
In the world of AI, it's the thought that counts!
