The Robot Guard That Might Actually Prevent Crime
6 December 2014, 12:00 am

As the world grapples with the onset of drones and trembles at the increasing likelihood of sentient machines, a 300-pound machine is being deployed in places like corporate campuses and shopping malls. Like something out of a science fiction movie, the K5 is part of a broader effort to predict and prevent illegal activities. Fiscal TimesLink.

I heard it's worth $60000 of hardware. Their defensive capabilities are limited to ear-piercing alarms and their heavy weight (it takes three men to pick it off the kerb). However, they are quick to topple and their design allows you to roll them like a barrel. Give me a deaf thief and a soundproof van, and I'll get you one for Christmas.

Or give me a spoon, and I'll just immobilise them on a loose tile while you steal the Mona Lisa.
I used to write catburglar stories for comics I published, in case you're wondering why I notice these facts  ;)
CO2 retains heat. More CO2 in the air = hotter climate.

I think someone should call the good Doctor and bring K-9 out of storage! Probably a lot cheaper and would work for...kibbles! :2funny:
