LOS ANGELES--Will.i.am sounds congested and subdued, his batteries running low after a high-octane appearance on The Ellen Show earlier that day. He's longing for 2025, when an artificial intelligence will be able to tell him to take it easy.

Hmm...a cell phone on the wrist? I think a smart phone is way better and can do so much more than Dick Tracy's two-way wrist radio.

Oh I don't know. I think it would be pretty cool to have an AI on your wrist and look forward to watching Youtube videos of people using it.

I've been trying to find a suitable wristband to velcron-tape my phone to for years, but all I find are upper arm bands. Of course, wealthier people already have their smartwatch hooked up to their smartphone.

I can't deal with those bands and velcro and wrist wearing...

My doctor said he can perform an implant but getting that screen to show is going to be a real problem unless he can connect it to my cerebral and visual cortexes then I can "visualeyes" everything and stay informed! CyborgArt! LOL!

Problem is, I'd have to get one of those wireless chargers and sleep with it on my chest...then we're talking that darned velcro again! Drat!

I tried one of these things out at the weekend in our local Three store. The Aneeda AI is actually pretty cool and could respond to most of things that people were asking it.

That's nice but I guess my point is, if one get this Aneeda device, will one give up on carrying a cell phone? Hardly, I should think. Which begs the question of why the necessity to purchase this wristlet in the first place...especially since my phone is always with me and can do so much more plus offer visuals?
