I found this paper on Octopus Neurobiology and it is interesting that it describes how an Octopus' brain is architected and how its motor control for its arms is not centralized as it is in a mammalian brain. The author applies some concepts of robotics to describe the efficacy of the animal's neurobiological approach.

Thats not an octopus's brain,  it possibly a robot octopus's brain.

I leave the nature for god to do,  I dont involve myself with it,  I do something artificial that causes less harm.

Even tho,  eventually you do have to tackle the horrible situation of biological life-forms,  but u dont get anything out of it that is good and decent unless u just helping them from dieing, I think.

The octopus's neural system lacks myelin and thus evolved a different strategy than mammals that relies on local neural communication. Each of an octopus's eight arms has enough brain power to act independently to some extent. Even when severed, a tentacle will recoil from danger.
