 Depends on what type or style of AI one would be interested in. There are chat bots, Watson's,
AGI, ASI,  Auto stock trader, story writing A!, and so on.

 There are lot but not in c#, well maybe if you look hard.
 Those function for computer vision in c++ and also in c.
 I do not know for about audio. Having a hard time finding a audio frequency
spectrum analyzer. Like a FFT software.
 Or a Goertzel algorithm:

I only do vb.net as for the audio yeah I can't find a frequency meter it would be helpful for
reconizing non English words stuff
