Title: Good ChatScript Chat

Let's share some tips about, ChatScript.   For example, on a new installation,
when ChatScript, responds "I don't know what to say." what's the next step?

For example, I told ChatScript, "That’s good to know." and it  responded with,
"I don't know what to say."   When it says that, do I teach ChatScript to vary
its responses, or perhaps there are other options?
