Hello, I'm doing a college paper about AI that need to create a neural network using perceptrons to recognize the alphabet. But I'm not getting, I would like your help if you have any algorithm or idea that can help me.

I don't know myself...I found this on wiki, there is some example code in Python if it is any help.
