A very good editor this one, I use it all the time now.
Work on multiple documents, choose coding language so that it is colour coded, useful formatting tools (includes HTML Tidy), powerful file search and the thing I found useful recently is the ability to compare files side by side to see the differences.
It's updated regularly too and yes....it's free again.
