There's another meta-knowledge base project that I haven't seen mentioned here in quite a while so I'll just put it out there for folks to follow up on if they're interested. Like YAGO3, the ConceptNet5 project brings together a great many other sources of encoded knowledge for people to use in their artificial intelligence projects. The primary links for both these projects are the following:

http://www.mpi-inf.mpg.de/departments/databases-and-information-systems/research/yago-naga/yago/

http://conceptnet5.media.mit.edu/

Between the two of them, they cover all the other such projects that are sufficiently mature to be useful.

very good resource , some research into computers reading the web...

Very large resource for concepts and predicates ... simular to the concept.net .....

Very good, data is much easier to use...

Good one. I've been following this project for years and never realised they'd actually made the results downloadable. Adding it to my list of resources.

Only problem the in the files all the words are joined although tab format still need cleaning ... But it also contains the patterns used to extract the predicates , although i wrote an algorithm that extracts the subjects and predicates as well as the patterns ....
The only bit i didn't remedy was categorising the predicates by topic .... Still to be added ...
