Apologies to anyone who has been experiencing problems accessing this forum over the past 24 hours or so.  Apparently this problem is being caused by the fact that our database is on a very busy shared server.  I have arranged for us to be put on a less busy server, but have not had time to move things across just yet.

Things should improve shortly.

Hehe, I have now moved the forum to a new and hopefully less busy database server, so let's see if I get less reports of the site being down.
