I've tidied up some of the boards, the changes I recollect are:
- Software & Hardware now have a single category.
- Virtual Worlds has been merged into the Gaming board.
- ElfScript was consolidated into one board with child boards and moved in with the rest of the chatbot stuff.
- Chatbots org link now added to the chatbots section too rather than 'Friends'.
- The 'events' board has been moved to be a child of Ai News. We used to use that but I think it got lost - maybe putting it there will bring it out more now.
The Human Computer Interaction and Human Experience and Psychology child boards haven't really seen much action. Not sure what to do with those at the moment.
Hope that's all okay and makes sense. If there's anything you want to suggest just go ahead.
I've been distracted this past couple of weeks with the games I am making. This week I will try to be around more. I need to add some things to the chatterbot collection again as well.
Thanks all :)

I've fixed the pop out images for attachments in posts. This stopped working some time back for some reason.
Now, again, you can click on an attachment image and it will enlarge in a screen-scaled way, rather than half of it being missing if it's too big. Should certainly help mobile users.
Sample image attached. Cities: SkyLines - very addictive game!

Made a change to the URLs - they are now 'pretty' and more user friendly.
Old links were like this:
https://aidreams.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=14524.msg63990#new
New ones are more human readable and SEO friendly:

Old links in will still work, they will just get redirected.

New URLs look much clearer 8)
Great change, better if we need to share some links to the forum.
How about aidreams.uk, do we have this matching domain? :knuppel2:
-
Thanks :)
No I don't have that .uk url, I don't see the need for it really, it's just extra expense.
-
I've changed the font to a more modern one. They say this is one of the most readable fonts to use from my research.
Hope you like it.
Reload the forum to get the fresh look.

No.......no........no not good :D, everything looks puffy and inflated and wide/ blocky.......the old text font looked sharp and neat and not childish appearing......
It makes me want to discontinue reading :D
-
Anyone else not liking it? It's easy enough to revert back to the old one.
-
Okay I've changed it to 'Helvetica' - a clean sharp sans serif font that works well on mobile too apparently.
I increased the size a little and the space between lines, hopefully for easier reading. The old font was okay, but when you get long topics the text just becomes a wall. Especially with some of your posts Lock.
;D
Any better?
-
Is that the old font? I can't tell...
The size is easier on my eyes, but just a tad, small tad too big.
Also the , . : ; are nearly invisible LOL :D . . .

Okay I changed it to Google Roboto - looks alright to me, punctuation is clearer O0
I'll leave it there for now, thanks for the feedback Lock :)
-
Font seems slightly (tiny bit slightly) too big though.
I'll have to start downsizing :P
-
Yes perhaps a little - I took it down a pixel.

Perfect.

Perfect.
hardly see your reply in 1 word, locksuite :2funny:

Just wait...once you progress into and beyond your forties, you will appreciate this larger text very much!! :2funny:
