Almost as good as commercial products for lipsync.

There are instructions on how to make a free avatar published by the Linux Gazette.
It may not be as developed as commercial lip sync products.  Works nicely though
with BASH scripting in Linux, so I am satisfied with the results.  I like things simple. 
It is based on a fun, simpler lip sync technique, which you can read about in the article.

Since this came from the Linux Gazette, that inspired me to do a  news girl animation. 
Please let me  know how I am doing in the news ratings.

Good evening. Here now the news.

Young people behind the wheel. Teenagers are much more likely to have an accident, than drivers who are older and have more experience.   The vast majority of teenage deaths, from accidents, happen on our roadways.  In the last few years alone, thousands of teenagers have died or have been injured, while driving.    Educators say more teenagers are dropping out of drivers education class in high school.  They say, students just don't see the value in learning safe driving techniques.  As a result, many teenagers don't know how to drive on a highway, or drive at night, let alone know what to do, when a car starts skidding.  Law makers are now considering a new law, which would raise the age to be eligible for a drivers license, to thirty years old. They argue this new law could save many lives.  Let us know what you think.  Take the news poll on our website.  Should the age to get a driver's license be raised to 30?
