Another one. Quite costly but if you install the Unity web player you can try them out on their site. The quality is high although more cartoony in nature, which I am not saying is bad, I like them.

I see this as a good solution for a quick fix avatar. You could probably get away with one months subscription and walk away with something nice. Not so sure how big it is on customisation. For me I think I will plod on making my own.
