I tried several attempts to comment today but for whatever reason, I was unable to enter any text or select any buttons. It was almost like a huge time delay. Then again it could have been those cloaking devices around the nation's Capital!

Sometimes, I can get a great signal and other times, hardly a bleep on the screen. Dunno!

Tested it again yesterday.

Turns out to be a rather odd "Deads Zone" near the Interstate (where our current project is located.

Moving a hundred yards west, solved the problem! Damn those black holes, time warps and Dead Zones!!
