Just thought i'd inform you of two things.

No. 1., master character creator Guile3D has almost assembled a beta of the Universal Virtual Human Interface, which would allow all major bots to operate (AIML, Verbot, Answerpad, etc), it also has the power of vision recognition, and can do everything that you'd want out of a chatbot. You'll find it on the Virtual Human forum

2. I've now got an AI Lab in Second Life; I'm currently putting up some educational displays, but I've already got a chess playing computer in it. You'll need to have a Second Life account; open the program, log in, then paste the below link into your address bar.

Thanks Dante, I was monitoring the Guile project as well but did not relaise he had got to a beta version already.

Hmm, SecondLife leaves me a bit cold but I will find some time to check it out.
