The AGI will be made close to human form. The first AGI will need to very human like. The will learn from the parent
creator by observation. Then when they can learn no more the act like an adult. They observe less and try to make changes
in their world.
The first AGI machines will have certain internal setting. With the right setting they will develop into perfect AGI. This one
will be clone over and over.
Then there will be the bad unperfect AGIs that will not be cloned. But kept as examples of what can go wrong.
Next type will occur by rare chance, a AGI will develop into a ASI.

The internal setting could be based on the Jungian Cognitive Functions:

Or the internal setting could be based on Myers–Briggs Type Indicator:

 Hi @selimchehimi.

AGI and people have two main class of goal that resonate with that person.
There are the primitive goals of hunger, pain, tasting something good, a warm place on a cold day and so on.
The second type of goal are auto adjusted into AGIs when in a  child state. They come from
watching their  parents.
And then modeling thim in a internal 3 d simulation. When we become adults or a AGI switches over to
an adult. The action that they take that are similar to their parents, then it is interesting to them.
They get internal rewards.
If they do action that exceed what their parent could do, then they get really excited and
jump up and down and do flips on their front lawn.
Both first and second goal must conform to the rules of energy management. So getting too excited
will cause a anti reward of too much energy used.
If the AGI under perform then a temper kicks in causing excess energy useage and then a anti reward.

Also AGI chase out their conscious goals with the blessing of the sub system. Known as the emotional
systems.

The emotional state of the AGI machine is based on swarm logic . The many sub system that make up
a AGI will vote into reward registers. If they are running with plenty of energy and not being damaged and
not being over used and repaired when damaged. Other wise the will vote into a anti reward register
that the AGI can see and feel.
The sub routine in the AGI known as the goal choreography, pretty much stays in the back ground.
But will knock conscious mind into the back ground and take control if the AGI system. When the
AGI is very hungry or low on battery energy. When it take control it will take the most direct route to energy. The
anti reward vote register must be near maximum for this to happen.
If the anti reward register stays high for too long and the AGI can find no way to reduce it then it may
want to move on to some form of after life.
