My statement of using a simulator inside a simulator maybe confusing. But training a AGI baby inside a human handcrafted
physics engine will be a lot faster and cheaper than living it life in the real world. But still the AGI internal self learning physics engine
will have to be faster than human physics engine.

Simulated Physics Engines use their own simulation (they timestep). Because do Physics Engines go through trillions of frames per second? No. They may do 100 or more, but not 500 trillion like real life. You think time moves fast but that's because your brain sees so slow. Photons have way more than a trillion fps.
