As for AGI , Everything is broken down into groups. The are all controlled by a part called the "Spark", and then there are the agents, little sub routines. The SPARK is the is the main judge of the system. It compares the performance of the agents. The Spark lets one agent out of sleep and records how well it does at getting reward for the body, as a whole. If a active agent does good it is replicated in free memory with a few mutations.

The 'SPARK" and agents first look at what is on the detectors and SPARK select the best agent. And the SPARK turn on and off agents like in a orchestra. As the system matures many agents will work in parallel.

This process is the the subconscious mind.

After a while one of the agent is converted to a copy of of SPARK. This new copy is then modified and is called the OFF SPARK. The conscious mind. It will take on the control of the agents too. But SPARK is still master of all.

OFF SPARK can activate agents. But it can organizes agents on a massive scale.

It will develop many routines. Many agents working in parallel.

Once theses massive agent swarm developed into perfected routine will become a reflex. And all reflexes will be given over to SPARK the subconscious part of this system. Stored for latter use.

If OFF SPARK needs to get over to a new areas to create new patterns, like working the slot machine for the first time, to develop new routines. it need automated subconscious process of walking over the that area. OFF SPARK starts the walking routine and hands off over to spark.

IF the craving for food becomes too strong then SPARK shuts down OFF SPARK. And then uses OFF SPARK routines to get food or what urgent goal that need to be taken care of.

If all urgent goals are taken care of then there will be free will because OFF SPARK will be in control. And SPARK will be push into helper mode.

The AGI has a internal pattern editor, that is only used by OFF SPARK. that cut up existing physical routines and tries to rebuild new and different routines. This is a trial and error generator. Once a editing procedure work and perfected it is handed over to Spark for storage. Off SPAK initiate a editing routines and then SPark take over.

This editing of patterns will lead to a internal 3D simulator.

SO OFF SPARK make new physical routines and new pattern editing routines. And all this is done on the backs of automated perfected routine of old.

  This model uses agent in memory. The agent has two main parts. The first part is the caretaker of the agent
and the other part is the self coding evolving algorithm.
 The evolving algorithm can become more memory oriented or more of processing of tasks.
 They can stand as one or work together like bacteria. The code in these agents is scripting code or machine code. They
have access to all of the bodies Artificial neural network sensors or whatever detectors. The can generate output pulses
to motor in the system.

 The caretaker part monitors the activity and the use of the this agent, itself. It does not care what code or process that
is going on in the self coding part.
 Agents that are not used are used are deleted, by a over watching program called SPARK.
 The caretaker part outputs into a master vote collectors. These are reward and anti reward accumulation registers. The self coding
evolutionary algorithm part does not know what the caretaker does or doing but they can see the reward and anti reward register
throughout the system, their only form of communication between them.
 If a agent is not being used it will complain, fear of being deleted. it will generate a anti reward. And if it is overused it will do the same.
 If evolving algorithm agent can generate a reward if extra energy is available or the complete a certain goal.
 The caretaker can form into union groups to leverage the reward system. The processing part can form into working groups.

 The reward registers will be the bases of it emotional system.

 The agent code generator section has a location that can be read by other agent. All other location are off limits.
 If other coding agent read it then the information put out on that register will, in general, be locked in place. If no one reads
it then it can change.
 The caretaker section of the agent make sure it gets used, other agents reading its output registers. Or it individual action  lead to
a system reward.
 The caretaker section of the agent make sure that the self coding section can enter into a sleep cycle every once in while, sleep, or
a action that cause a system conservation of energy reward to be generated. If not, then the coding section is in a
infinite loop and will be deleted.
 Soft agents that are active or during rewards get more hit points.

 The three main agents are the ones that man the senses, eyes, ears, touch sense. Then there are the one that float around in
memory, soft agent, then their are the ones that man the output motors and audio devices.
