TLDR no jutsu :

a new way to program. basically one or two lines of code and your project is complete.
a very comfortable basis for A.G.I.

It must be a culture thing... ED: I watched the vid... now I get the phrases...

I've looked at the code snippets and it appears to be a set of Java procedures sharing a common array geared towards game production?

Am I missing something... how is this relevant to AGI?

Could you give a brief explanation, seriously I'm curious.

very simple, you add a skill and the AGI has it.
examples of skills :
anything :
conversation, travel, eat (charge phone), navigate, argue, dirty talk, cuss, send SMS, hug, travel, get dressed, check weather, fight flight.

you can make skills or use others skills that they publish, just use one line of code to add the skill to the A.G.I.

so now a whole bunch of people will write skills, and others will assemble the best skills to their A.G.I instance,
as time progresses the best skills will be at the top of the searches and usage, and the A.G.Is will improve.

it actually goes deeper.
the skills are very flexible with the ability to mutate, work together, priorities, and requip with other abilities

Cool, it's hard to visualise it in action from the post,

I look forward to seeing demo's and it progress.

As a side note... I watched eastern cartoons when younger too... Ah! Nostalgia.

I think his AGI actually is an AGI game card, its not the real thing.  just pretend.   (sorry for being obvious.)   O0
