I read it some, but skipped over the code. I could see sparks in your eyes writing that PDF. :)

I don't know, but listing the complete code which takes the majority of the document, IMHO maybe isn't the most fortunate decision. I'd rather keep it under 100 total lines of pseudocode, and I'd list only interesting algorithms, but keep away boring initialization pattern stuff, while inserting interesting prose contents explaining code fragments in between. Also, I'd split the whole document into sections like abstract, intended audience, introduction, sections of project specifics, some conclusion section, and certainly a leading table of contents. But, of course, it is your five minutes, you are entitled to do whatever you like to do. My insights may not guarantee an optimal solution of sharing your work.

Finally getting to download the PDF gave some itches, I had to click many times before waiting 30 seconds to finally click the download button. I'd choose some better hosting solution, there are free hosting solutions all over the web. A simple index.html pointing to uploaded PDF would seem as a better solution to me.

Papers...

There's a lot wrong with Research Papers. The thing that is most unneeded is the conclusion section.

"The function of your paper's conclusion is to restate the main argument. It reminds the reader of the strengths of your main argument(s) and reiterates the most important evidence supporting those argument(s). Do this by stating clearly the context, background, and necessity of pursuing the research problem you investigated in relation to an issue, controversy, or a gap found in the literature. Make sure, however, that your conclusion is not simply a repetitive summary of the findings."

We don't use paper anymore, it's better to have a widescreen, infinitely long page of text. All AI researchers write papers (books too like this); they hide their idea, doesn't contain ALL they know on AGI, make it long to read, not understandable by a broad audience, double sides pages, skinny, time/ space-wasting references (95% of them) and papers require citation (can't write too novel ideas) (we must update the AGI blueprint from scratch referencing only the most important project names), must get it published in a journal after waiting months, and focus on getting as many papers published as can, and shared by others (virus/ bible/ meme impact) - although this is a useful metric.

Every time I see a paper I think "old man way, waste of time, ugly, unreadable".
