Title: multiple AIs per program
Post by: yotamarker on March 06, 2021, 08:32:40 am
other than gaming are there other examples where programs would need several different AIs ?

in a game like GTA imagine if many of the characters were different AIs.

If a robot is seeing something that moves by itself. (Like a human or a dog for example)  It makes sense that the robot actually does have a separate A.I. unit for that person.      A cool way to do it, is just to treat it as if was just a continuation of the robots body with a different motivation.  (It may be working against the robots goal for example.)

Then if you could play both of them out in some trial duration,  then ud have to guess what the motives are of the other person to play them out.

If you were playing soccer,  it would just be making them play soccer, the same as you.    But outside of a sport, then it becomes a little trickier to guess what the opponent is going to do.
