A simple HTML editor will probably be the best option.  I think you just need some way of people hosting a page with you, whether you provide an HTML editor online or they do it offline doesn't make too much difference I would doubt.

If you want people to be able to use Haptek avatars or CrazyTalk avatars I think you will have to allow them to host at least two HTML pages.  That's because they work by putting the talk page in an iFrame...hope that makes sense.

Currently I think we will stay away from them. I know some people don't mind the downloads required but most people do. I don't even have either on any of my systems. Ill keep it in mind though.
