SYN
« on: December 13, 2014, 03:04:32 pm »
Anyone ever try SYN? It's a Virtual Assistant and there is a Free version and an extended one that's less than $10.

Check it out here: http://syn.co.in/syn-virtual-assistant.html

Some features here: http://syn.co.in/commands.html

Not tried it.

It's odd though because that girl avatar is one I was considering using for my project - she can be bought at TurboSquid.

One for the Chatterbot Collection.  O0

I have syn and she uses aiml. It does have a lot of apps on it but the only thing i disliked about it was the boxes that show this and that is loading.

So is SIML a reworked or expanded version of AIML ?

It would seem so Freddy. I noticed there is an AIML to SIML converter available.

The SIML does seem well thought out and quite powerful.

I would, however, like to see an actual implementation of it ie. a chatbot.

Interesting program.

I was referring to seeing someone else's chatbot implementation of SIML or SYN.

Your link (thank you) was the original web site.

It does seem to hold some promise but I'd like to see more examples of it being used by others.

Thanks!
