Do I see you considering making your own web site?

No, but I was hoping for a draw your AI code version. Or some online tool that helps you create a text AI unlike a chatbot where you can do intense manipulation like iterating text etc. Surely possible. In fact it'd be easy, it'd give you a window tool, size of window, etc, just it's not the coder's game, everyone is taught to code like how they do right now, there's no interface. Python is another language. I know English and visuals. Someone should make a program to buy that converts English/Visuals to python/C++.

I seen a UE4 visual programming, but it'd hard as hell just as much.

EV3 lego one i used and was easy, really easy, but it has only 20-37% of what I'd need to code a text AI.

I think the program you're talking about is called "AGI."  Understanding any possible English request thoroughly enough to turn it into code might well require the full intellectual sophistication of a human being.

There are certainly visual tools that are specific to making chatbots.  I found a whole list of bot-building systems here: https://chatbotsmagazine.com/the-tools-every-bot-creator-must-know-c0e9dd685094  But, it doesn't sound like that is what you want.

That's why I hire programmers lol! <cough hack> AGIs

You have to translate English into Code. 2 different languages.

Or, vision to code.

Get those wheels in motion!

If I were going to spend some time trying to program, the steps should go like this:

speech -> AI generated text -> (AI generated code) ->  AI generated text -> AI generated narrated animation -> human edits input text -> ( NEW AI generated code)  -> updated narrated animation -> profit?

We have all these technologies in rudimentary form. Lock is so right. Combine them! Your info bucket brigade will listen to some Two Steps From Hell and become the amazon. 8)

The reason that any idea I have right now that I wish to code, could easily be coded using a visual interface, is because I understand the idea, but not the coding language. If I understand my idea, then I can understand the visual buttons that easily convert to motor actions, instead of having to learn how, because I know what could be those visual cues, but not so for the Python language.

'inuitive'

Besides, all those year/s just to master Python are important research time for AI to me.

I wonder what would happen if I asked a coder for hire to make me a visual Python, by MY orders. May work! May work! Hmm..

'Slide text by 1 letter, 1 word, you set the number' - text NLP manipulation made easy. COME ON! THERE YOU GO! IS THAT NOT EASY!? I cannot figure out in Python how to slide over text a window of 1 letter or word! This is EASY to tell a coder to make me a visual Interface!

I'D BE ALL LIKE, OK CODER, MAKE THIS A PURPLE BLOCK OR BLACK BLOCK, MAKE LOOK LIKE THIS, GOOD. 40USD FOR EACH FEATURE!

BEST PART (JUICY, BRRISKET, SPICEY WING FISH CATNIP) IS i CAN SELL IT ! sO GO AHEAD AND TELL THAT CODER YOU'LL PA HIM 80 GRAND. PUT IT ONN VISSAA.
