Hello to all
As my first post,I want to ask that could someone tell me that what do I need to be able to learn AI and program one.I know c++ but nothing about AI.

Shyan, welcome to the site.

You ask a simple question but the answer is less than simple.  Your best bet is to spend some time browsing the forum for information.  There is a lot of information here.  You will also find links to a lot of external resources.   You could also try looking in the Chatterbot Collection where there are a lot of papers and articles on the world of chatbots and AI.

Basically what you need to be doing is researching.  Try Google, try your library, search for news groups or search on WIKIPEDIA.  All that kind of thing will help you learn.  Keep in touch, it's a big subject and we can often learn better if we have friends who are interested in the same kinds of things.

You know its a little harder for me to learn things.The books that you can buy,I can't.because they can't be found in my country.I can't buy things from amazon or sth like it.I don't have a slow internet and I can't be online for a long time because its dial up and makes our phone line busy.So I have problem with online docs too.So the only thing that is suitable for me is a PDF.I searched for AI PDFs on internet for a long time but I got exactly no result.So I will really appreciate it if you introduce me a PDF.

I'm afraid you are going to be limited for some things if you don't have a regular internet connection.

I think One is right.  You could start with the WIKI, not our WIKI as it doesn't have a lot in there yet, but the world WIKI here :

Then branch off from that into areas you are interested in.  You can save the whole web page locally on your machine if you need to.

Seeing as I favor the child machine approach to a.i., I found the neuropsychology portal at wikipedia to be most helpful to me.
