Dennis Ritchie. Most don't recognize his name but he invented the UNIX operating system which is the base for practically all other computer Operating Systems. He also developed the C programming language which many of you use or have used.

He has passed away at the age of 70.

Yeah I saw the post on Zaba and after some research I located the original page where I got the "Breaking / Top 5" story to begin with.
