As of 4:20 PM today Saturday Jan. 23, we now have 28+ inches of SNOW since 4:20 PM yesterday!!

We've shoveled our front porch and walkway twice in hope of reducing the overall amount with which to contend but it's basically blizzard conditions and visibility is such that I can't see the houses across the street! Therefore, any effort of shoveling, at this point, is wasted. I think I shall simply resign myself to remain indoors and get wasted myself! Or something like that! 
Oh yes, those wonderfully cheerful meteorologists in their warm comfy studios were quick to point out that we are due an additional 8 - 12" up until tomorrow (Sunday) morning!

I haven't seen snow like that since I was in my teens. No snow to report in my part of the world, in fact it' still very mild.
