I've noticed from my own work that if I feel pressured and have to do, I will make discoveries faster and get more work done, including if you work 24/7 and do-not take those "breaks".

It's kinda like that Russian 1950 dog head kept alive for a short time, we still can't do better than that or focus on it even, but if even 1 person devoted all their time and felt they had to come up with the solution by next year, it'd come.

Imagine your name is Ian Goodfellow. You feel like you can do magic, fast. Why can't you be fast and excellent? You can. You only think not maybe because your last name is Rogers. Silly example but may help.

Just don't boost on the alcohol.

It's true. If I work on a thing for a long time, maybe 5 hours, with no breaks then my short term memory can get a sense of the whole picture. And if you've got the big picture you can get a sense of where to go next. Otherwise it's like blindly hacking a path through the jungle because you've lost all the details.

Another important part of the soup though that you will need is the silly experimental acceptation of new unproven ideas, you can't come up with new delayed rewarding ideas and say nah these are not proven at all, no, go with them, you will find the white handle door fast soon.

What if you get chronic fatigue...  then you have to try not to break, but its inevitable, its just takes too much energy typing into the keyboard....

1950s dog head?!?!?  geezus- what about standards of ethics!!!

Ok then,  ill just go and say it.

I think that when a random kid cant finish his project,  from "laziness"  i think this laziness actually is put there by some fuckin annoying poultergheist.
Whats the point in not seeing your projects through,  and why does it become so needlessly difficult.    Its just shit,  I vote supernatural causes. Makes everything in life a waste of time.

well the idea of lazy is a good one because it means you are finding incredibly fast shortcuts

but you have to complete, else you will starve just joking

and i think the universe does have some destiny, maybe a bit

indeed, the easier ideas are more simple, powerful, and faster. If you improve your code idea, it might begin to be practical and function, even more powerfully/faster/etc. Not to say inventing a computer or DBs was easy, it is built upon stone tools, schooling, metal, etc, but all of which are simple. So next time you add a lego upon top our history, keep in mind its 1 small simple lightweight lego - you just didn't know which it was. Our next big invention/add-on is at the tip of our coding finger tips.

When the going gets hard,  just make sure u get your bit done every day...  that way itll be slower to get there,  but hopefully you still might make it.

What the poultergheist wants, is you to not get any success in life,  and it agravates him the closer you get, even under all the torture and punishment...   he's just slowly crossing off your competitors put under equal pressure,  and u might still come out on top, if your as special as you think you are.  ;)

But with all the gain to be had in a successful general automation system,   it must mean absolutely nothing to the monster causing you chronic fatigue,  the worth to mankind it can bring,  even to ppl that have no idea at all how it works,  or all the spill-off to nondeveloped countries.

The poultergheist,  makes everyone suffer to make u suffer.    What a backward devolved little idiot he is.

In the sense of a real devil, no, but in the sense of humans/or their physical effects, or the underlying actual Physics of what's going on on Earth, maybe. Not a bad idea.

Also, not just going with ideas, but trying to prove them right or trying to disprove them (both) is good (and necessary at some point) - look up curated evidence on internet to prove u right lol :)
