Bragi, lol!! Hihi ;D For snoring, I think the walls are so afraid! They vibrate! This is an acoustic phenomenon. My friend ;)

Thank you Bragi and Claude. I have a friend who sleeps with a breather and a mask. I don't remember the explanation, nothing serious but not very comfortable.

Snore? No I don't but... I move a lot during the night.  :)

Here are some other methods against snoring. This is also my case, I snore a lot! I can say that my house is solid. ;D :tickedoff:

Snoring can be treated by an intervention, a hospital, it puts an end to snoring for good. As you can read the articles, it is subject, of apnea during sleep. Apnea, parcontre is very dangerous, take this very seriously, and see a specialist, or hospital or in private by a doctor. My father almost died, because of apnea, and I can say that it was taken seriously, do not wait.

That could be a reason. I also had this a lot (better now): I couldn't remain in the same position for longer periods, so I had to move around, which breaks sleep patterns = sleep isn't deep enough = no dreams = bags underneath the eyes  8) .

Yep, apnea is a dangerous thing.  I live alone, so I have no idea if I snore or not (haven't heard myself yet), perhaps my dog knows.
Sleeping on your side should help, if you can do that.
