Getting a wired interface to your brain that can directly connect to your PC, phone, or the internet, in general, is happening! Knowing that firms always want to skim on early adopters I think I'm going to wait until version 2.0 comes out at least. That way there's probably going to be more bandwidth and fewer complications than those that will be first. But I will eventually get one implanted.

I don't think it's just for individuals with some kind of injury but will also be used as IA (Intelligence Augmentation)

All very interesting but what exactly does it mean by ‘entering the human trials sometime in 2022’? I thought these basic trials started years ago.
