All he talks about is fear & sleep.... In the Rogan interview he at least mentioned nicotines role in the mind.

Should have also talked about Cysteine. It's used in the gut, immune system, breaks down gluten, used in metallothioneins to bond and remove heavy metal, and also affects the chloride flow in the GAD65 synapse area to switch between "Stern" (Glycine powered), and "Aspired" (Cysteine powered). Cysteine is in apples, cranberries. Within 5 secs of eating them you can feel more aspirational... Cysteine in your body comes from B6 and other B group/sulfur/meth amino acids.

Glutamate excites neurons, and in excess can cause excitotoxicity (cell death from over excitement). Cysteine, Glycine, Glutamate are used in Glutathione (the bodys chief antioxidant).

Cysteine also oxidises into Cystine and can create a build up of crystals in the eyes & ears to cause extra sensitivity to sights/sounds. The Antiporter-X system (does not work when stressed) restores Cystine back into Cysteine for your gut, heart, immune system, and you feel more aspirational. Selenium can also restore Cystine back into Cysteine via Thioredoxin systems.

Lots to talk about other vitamins/amino acids as well... potassium, vitamin d, zinc, other b vits all work around energy/melatonin/sleep.

On an AI level you can simulate "stern" and "aspired", and heightened senses when stressed (and the calming down of), not much to learn from actually probing peoples minds though.
