Check out this latest peek at Samsung's entry for the rival Oculus Rift.

Nixie Pixel is a great source for all things Open Source including various Linux Distros.
She's pretty sharp on her tech...and her looks too!

Give her a go...

Nice find. Looks interesting. I was surprised that it works with the phone. Which of course means we also need to buy a phone.

Thanks Art  O0

But everyone already has a phone or so the world would wish. We all need to be connected.

And if you really get tired, just remember...There's a nap for that! (an app for that). Yeah...I know it's a reach but a funny reach! :2funny:

Sounds a bit like Linux to me. Unless you mean the chauffer for Harland Sanders of KFC fame (aka Colonel Sanders).  ;) ;D

Yes, I suppose it does mean that Freddy but then again how many of us rush out for the latest Windows upgrade or the newest phone. Well...OK...you don't have to answer that.

I doubt Samsung is going to set the Stock Market on their ear by relying solely on that eyeware / headset thing...
I think their stock actually went down today for some reason. Maybe it was those glasses not selling well or something...dunno. ;)

Personally I like my Android based, Motorola Droid. There's a nap for that!

I like Samsung. My new tablet is from them, and I am impressed with the quality.   And the hostess in this video did a great job for her sponsors.  However, the idea of wearing a phone on my face is just not appealing to me.

There better be a huge battery in the headset or that phone will go flat pretty quick with the screen on all the time and all that CPU usage going on too.

Indeed.

I found a pre order price for this of £150.00

Considering the cost of the Galaxy Note 4 I'm certainly prepared to wait for the Oculus Rift.

That's fine but I'm waiting for a Rift in time that'll get me outta here and hopefully into a better parallel universe or somewhere more, survivable and welcoming.

I am, after all, a Time Traveler, trapped in this time period. I can't leap ahead nor can I go back. I am, at present, doomed to only go forward with the passing of each second...after second...after second....
