Silly Stuff Part 1
« on: December 08, 2016, 03:08:00 pm »
I could store as much sensory motory data as I want and compute as powerfully as I want and have it wirelessly transmit to the head of my AI being, even to a small nanobot inside your body korrelan!

Just try killing him!

I'll give you 8/10 for enthusiasm but I fear you might have one or two technical hurdles to overcome.

I am sorry we ruined jlsilicon's thread, but um...I don't know where else to reply and we have just talked about universes/time here. Though (if I'm correct) he did make many duplicate threads lol. . .

Amazing loop problem:
If you put all our universe in a computer as data, you can't include the pc, because then you would have to include the pc.

Chicken nuggets indeed.

Infeasible is the word that comes to mind.

You only need look at the way we already use machines to model the weather systems. It's far from a perfect model although they do get results.

I think if you can't predict with 100% accuracy the closest you can get is by looking at probability.

I left this topic as it was, because it wasn't a project as such - more general chat on robotics that went in all kinds of directions. I just moved it to the robotics general chat for now.
